What is a virtual tour?

A virtual tour is a tour made up of several 360° panoramic images that allows visitors to move virtually through properties or other locations.

What are the advantages of using 360° software?

As a real estate agent, time is money for you. By giving interested parties a very good first impression of the tour before the viewing, you can concentrate exclusively on the really qualified interested parties during the viewing and brokerage process. What is the difference between the various subscriptions?

Depending on which functions you want and how much storage space you need for your tours, you will find the perfect subscription at FEELESTATE.
The subscription models therefore differ in terms of the functions available and the storage space included.

What equipment do I need to be able to use FEELESTATE?

To use 360° software such as FEELESTATE, all you need in addition to the software is a 360° camera, such as a RICOH THETA model, a suitable tripod and optionally the FEELESTATE app.

How does the free trial period work?

Once you have signed up for your free trial month, you will receive several emails from us during the trial period with tips and tricks that you can try out to make your tours even more appealing. You also have the option of making an appointment for a short onboarding session, during which we will personally explain the user interface to you and answer any questions you may have. For more information, simply send us a request using the form.

What happens at the end of the 30-day trial period?

If your free trial month with FEELESTATE is coming to an end, you will be given the opportunity to extend it by a further week if you have not found the time to test our program extensively. If you decide against FEELESTATE or do not give us any feedback, your trial period will end and your account and all tours will be deactivated. You want to keep your tours and functions? Yeah! Just let your contact person know and get an additional 5% discount on your annual payment!

What can I expect during onboarding?

During or after your test phase, you can book an appointment for a personal onboarding session at any time via our calendar, during which we will show you all the functions and setting options of FEELESTATE and answer your questions.

What support is available to me as a FEELESTATE customer?

If you are a FEELESTATE customer, we will be happy to answer your questions during our opening hours by phone on +49 421 40892380 or by email at support@feelestate.com. Is it the weekend and urgent? Take a look at the FEELESTATE support board or write to the support chat – a member of staff will see your message and help you as best they can.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay for your chosen FEELESTATE subscription either monthly or annually by SEPA direct debit mandate or credit card. If you pay annually, you will also receive a 5% discount.

With which programs is FEELESTATE compatible?

You can publish your finished FEELESTATE tours on numerous platforms, including your website. Share QR codes, URL links, PDF files or pop-ups or share the tour directly with your customers via multi-listing services and social media.
